Hello CSV Neighbor,
This is Cookie, The secretary of Cornerstone Village (CSV). I am writing on behalf of the CSV President, Jim G. Inviting you to join Nextdoor.
CSV Community is using a private online network called ‘Nextdoor Cornerstone Village’ on the Nextdoor site. This site is used to share community events, recommendations, items for sale, crime alerts, ideas about how to improve our neighborhood and more. This is a two way ‘Communicational freeway’ in the sense that we ALL are encouraged to post information that you wish to share as well as receive valuable community information.
Please create an account on this site. (It will ask for billing information, do NOT enter that information). The only information that is necessary to enter are your Name and Address. The address is used to identify that you are a Cornerstone Village resident. Once logged into the site, you will see posts from the CSV neighbors along with nearby communities (EEV, Grosse Pointe Farms, Denby and more).
After several days, a post card will be mailed to you. This is one way of verifying that you are in the CSV area. Once logged in, please read the help section for more info. Also review the Nextdoor guidelines (and CSV guidelines set by the CSV coordinator). The link is:
Tip: After creating your profile, you can hide your address by doing the following:
At the section that say: Show my address as: (Click button where it has Street only) This way, people will only see the street that you live on, not your full address.
Now, let’s get started so that we can welcome you to the site ;).
To those that have already joined, thank you for your support and participation!

Happy Day to you!! J
