If you believe something to be an emergency, Dial 911. If you see suspicious activity, email as much detail as possible to dpded.betf@yahoo.com. If you can take a picture (from a safe distance), do so and attach it to the email.
Examples of suspicious activity are suspicious people, street drug trading, people or cars casing houses on your street, etc.
